Ok I know most of the people that read this blog are married or in a relationship but just interested in your opinion.
If you were single (assume for this) would you consider a relationship with somebody that lives a distance away, whom you could only hook up with every now & again ?

For a lot of my married life my husband has worked away, for quite some time it was abroad. I know its not the same situation of course, but with all the technology we have nowadays, the internet etc, you can keep in touch with someone every day. I used to text my husband all the time and leave him messages on ICQ. When my daughter was in Japan last year Skype was fantastic for cheap phone calls etc. So it's not impossible is it? :)
Yes. In my lonely desperation, I considered relationships with lots of people that others might have voted against and I actually attempted many of them. I don't know if that good advice, but it's what I would do.
