No Loss to report but suppose I should be happy I haven't gained either.
Results of week 5 :-
Start Weight - 224lb
Weight last week - 219lb
Weight this week - 219lb
Target weight - 203lb
loss/gain in week - 0lb
loss % against target - 23.8%
However I'm not happy I should be doing better reckon two days ago I was going well for a loss this week but took my eye off the ball and blew it.

better than gaining Mick so don't be too hard on yourself, this is a long road, not something you can run down! the slower it comes off, the more likely it will be to stay off!
